There is a river running through it, this is the river that separates the Dark lands from the Light lands, members of the different alignments normally do not cross over this in fear or disgust of other side.
This is also the birthing grounds.

Sub-board: Birthing Grounds

Beautiful clear water next to jagged rocks and sunken ships. Definitely a fun place to explore, just keep an eye open so you don't step on a sharp rock or attract any sharks.

Beautiful Grotto that is illuminated when the moon is full, careful on nights that it's not. Stallions and other predators lurk in the shadows.

This is the river that seperates the Dark lands from the Light lands, only the bravest of the brave dare to cross over the river.
This is not only because of the other alignment but because the river moves fast and is normally quite cold because it comes down from the Mountains.

Sapphire Shores is a long stretch of beach full of white sand and salty grasses. There is a small pool of freshwater just on the edge of the land but ration it wisely as it dries up quickly.
Be wary of small foals because the waves could take them away, possibly forever.

Heaven's Edge is a series of Cliffs and Bluffs that only the strongest of the Lights can survive on, winters and summers are both extremely harsh. No water source can be found on these lands.
But the view is amazing!

Just as the name implies, the swamps waters almost never move, yet they have become too poisonous for the bugs to lay eggs. Perfectly safe for the horses to live in as long as they don't drink the water.
There are "islands" throughout the swamp of solid land that grow grasses for the horses to feed off of, no water source.

Neutral Lead: Post in IC to Claim!

Named only for it's winding ways across the lands. Water is fresh and safe to drink but runs rapidly and it is not wise to allow foals to play near it.
Grasses grow abundantly but during the winter everything is covered with ice and snow except the river which is moving to fast to freeze.

A desert that gets near unbareable during the summer and very cold during the winter. Horses who live here better be prepared to fight snakes and dig deep into the sands to find any water.
Nights are extremely cold as compared to the days. Predators lurk in the shade so be wary.

Dark Lead:Post in IC to claim!

A forest found on one of the smaller mountains of the range that is always covered in snow. The snow doesn't melt much during the summer but does get less hard packed. Water source is the snow and a small pond in the center of the forest. Food has to be dug into the snow or at the edge of the lands.
